Lucy Sparrow (born July 8, 1986) is a contemporary British artist from Bath, England, who works at the intersection of contemporary art and craft, primarily with felt, creating life-sized replicas and oversized soft versions of existing objects. Known for her playful yet subversive use of textiles, Sparrow creates full-scale installations of familiar settings - corner shops, supermarkets, sex shops, and pharmacies - entirely from brightly coloured felt, while her soft sculptures deliver sharp commentary on consumerism, gender, and mass production. Her most recent exhibitions include The Bourdon Street Chippy at Lyndsey Ingram Gallery in Mayfair London (August-September 2025), Blessed Be The Fruit at Scope Miami (December 2024), and a Diptyque collaboration in London and Paris (October 2024-January 2025).
