Natalia Zourabova

Natalia Zourabova is a figurative painter based in Tel Aviv who paints from observation, creating intimate scenes of city streets and interiors with bold color palettes. Born in Moscow in 1975 and trained in theater art and fine arts in Moscow and Berlin, she founded the New Barbizon artist collective in 2011 and the Shmezalel School of Art in 2013. Her recent work shows a dramatic evolution toward reduced narrative and abstraction, as seen in her 2025 solo exhibition 'Nightlight' at Kaliner Gallery in New York, her first solo show in the United States.
