Black Swamp Arts Center Autumn Art Exhibition
First annual juried art exhibition with up to $1000 in awards. Open to artists 18+ across various media. Entry fee $30 for up to 3 works.
The Black Swamp Arts Center is hosting its inaugural autumn art exhibition at their new location in Archbold, Ohio. This juried exhibition welcomes artists over 18 years of age working in various media to submit up to three pieces for consideration. The exhibition offers substantial monetary awards totaling up to $1000, including a Best of Show award of $300, three Outstanding Awards of $150 each, three Merit Awards of $50 each, a People's Choice Award of $50, and three Honorable Mentions. Artists are encouraged to submit work that is available for purchase. The entry fee is $30 for up to three submissions. Entry does not guarantee acceptance as this is a juried show with a competitive selection process. Accepted artwork must be delivered to the Arts Center between September 17-20, 2025. The exhibition will culminate in a 'Meet the Artists' opening reception on Thursday, September 25 from 5-7 PM, featuring light appetizers, wine, and beer. This presents an excellent opportunity for artists to gain exposure, potentially earn recognition through awards, and connect with the local arts community in a professional gallery setting.
