Spectrum Gallery Holiday Show: The Art of Dreaming

Spectrum Art Gallery is calling for artists to submit work for their annual holiday exhibition 'The Art of Dreaming,' running from November 21, 2025 through January 10, 2026. This popular show welcomes both representational and abstract art in all mediums including painting, sculpture, photography, and mixed media that explore the many dimensions of dreaming. Artists are encouraged to submit work that captures fantasy and invention, romanticism and surrealism, featuring unexpected juxtapositions and mysterious images. The exhibition steps into the space where art and dreams converge, celebrating how imagination, memory, and hope feel especially alive during the holiday season. The gallery's Artisans Store is also seeking fine crafts in wood, ceramic, pottery, glass, paper, fabric, and jewelry. Additionally, they invite submissions of handmade ornaments for their six-foot Holiday Tree and seasonal items in all mediums. Located at 61 Main Street in Centerbrook, the gallery is open Wednesday to Saturday 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Artwork received from November 9-13, 2025. Accepting representational and abstract art in all mediums including painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media. Also seeking fine crafts and handmade holiday ornaments.
