Artist Reception celebrating the work of local artists, Dan Fraley and Arthur Smith

The Johnson Center for the Arts will host an Artists Reception for local artists Dan Fraley and Arthur Smith. The reception is a 2-hour event celebrating the work of these two local artists, held in the historic classical-revival style post office building, circa 1910, located just off the square in downtown Troy.
