Common Ground Opening Reception and Artist Demonstration

A new exhibition at the Humboldt and District Gallery brings together two longtime friends and collaborators in a shared exploration of Saskatchewan's prairie landscape. Though they work in different mediums, Hoppe and LaRouche Ellard are united by a deep connection to the prairie and a desire to capture a landscape — and way of life — they say is rapidly changing. The Gallery invites the public to attend the opening reception and artist demonstration, where visitors can meet Hoppe and LaRouche Ellard and gain insight into their creative processes.
