Gallery Reception with Artist Nina Elder

A public gallery reception celebrating Nina Elder's artist-in-residence at Lycoming College. The artist will be in conversation with Marisa C. Sánchez, Ph.D., assistant professor of art history and curator of the exhibit. The reception is part of Elder's spring semester 2026 residency (March 16-20) and features her solo exhibition of drawings and video works addressing environmental justice themes, including two video works 'Overburden' and 'Tongue Stones,' and thirteen drawings from the series 'Uplift' and 'Timepieces.'
