Gilley's People-Nature-Art: Julie Crane

Eco artist Julie Crane will share her art, her process and her insights at the Wendell Gilley Museum. She is a multimedia artist who primarily depicts creatures — including a plethora of birds — surrounded by tiny, sometimes even microscopic, elements from the land and sea magnified to a great degree. Crane's work considers the impact of change on the environment via sculpture, intaglio, encaustic, paintings and woodblock prints.
