Improbable Objects - Artist Reception

Five members of the Comox Valley art scene—Ed Varney, Marci Katz, Martha Jablonski-Jones, Jeff Hartbower, and Bill Friesen—come together to showcase their collaborative exhibition exploring surrealism, dadaism, absurdity, and illogical scenes. Each artist follows their own creative path into dreamlike imagery, featuring a broad variety of artistic expression including printmaking, collage, painting, sculpture, and drawings. The exhibition celebrates unexpected juxtapositions created by their artworks.
