After Stone, After Ruins
Le'Andra LeSeur
Starting January 25, 2026
About the Exhibition
In her work, LeSeur explores black identity, particularly through the lens of racial trauma. The work is inspired by LeSeur's emotional and visceral experiences at Stone Mountain, a Confederate monument site in Georgia. LeSeur expresses the physical and sentimental through glass-blown sculptures and abstract paintings, with LeSeur proposing a slow collapse as a necessary part of healing and rebirth.
