Bakehouse at Forty: Past, Present, Future

The exhibition honors those who've contributed to the space over the years. The 'Past' section is curated by Philip Lique, 'Present' by Krys Ortega, and 'Future' by Michael Maltzan and Michael Maltzan Architecture. The installation's Past and Present weaves together the building's history from its origins, while the 'Future' section envisions a cultural space deeply embedded into its community. The exhibition celebrates two milestones: the organization's 40th anniversary and the Art Deco building's 100th year.
