About the Exhibition

This exhibit features over 90 works by 60 artists, highlighting the diverse art forms of the Anishinaabe people, including multimedia, beadwork, birch bark, paintings, and sculpture. The exhibition showcases basketry, beadwork, birchbark artistry, clothing, film, graphic design, jewelry, painting, pottery, sculpture, and woodwork. The oldest piece was created in 1892; the most recent in 2025.
