Legacy and Light Arts event

The 2nd Annual Sankofa Legacy and Light Event is a FREE, family-friendly celebration featuring a community luncheon, a visual arts show curated by BHS Art teacher Misuk Weaver, student musical performances, and community music and dance performances, celebrating Black Excellence during Black History Month and beyond. The exhibition features work curated by Burlington High School students, with the project coordinated by the Burlington School District's Office of Equity.
