MoMath Reopening and Expansion

The National Museum of Mathematics reopened at its new Chelsea location, nearly doubling its original space from 11 East 26th Street. The museum features 39 popular exhibits including the famous square-wheeled tricycle, plus 31 new exhibits. Throughout 2026, MoMath highlights mathematics as a living, creative practice through monthly experiences. New exhibits include 'Allot Like an Egyptian,' which explores Egyptian fractions for younger audiences. An entire section is dedicated to early-childhood education with kid-sized interactive exhibits.
