About the Exhibition

A solo installation by nationally and internationally recognized street artist Victor Quiñonez (Marka27) inspired by ICE and the artist's personal experiences as an undocumented person in East Dallas. The exhibition explores ideas of displacement and belonging, criticizing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. It includes works from the Frieze Impact Award-winning 'I.C.E. Scream' series, featuring sculptures with handcuffs and handguns suspended inside giant resin popsicles that rebrand ICE as 'Inhumane and Cruelty Enforcement.'
