Open Air / Open Space

An art exhibit featuring over 30 New Jersey artists showcasing the open space and landscapes of 12 Somerset County parks. The exhibition celebrates Somerset County's Open Space Preservation Program, with over 40 pieces of artwork created through a Plein Air process. Artists worked in a variety of mediums including pastel, collage, ink, watercolor, oil, gouache, acrylic, printmaking, and mixed media to capture the natural environment, live events, and recreational activities throughout the park system during all four seasons.
