Peregrination: Xiaojing Yan

The exhibition features work by Toronto-based artist Xiaojing Yan, who through the lens of personal migration and cultural hybridity, explores the evolving relationship between identity, tradition, and the natural world. Xiaojing uses unconventional materials from pine needles and freshwater pearls to Lingzhi mushrooms in her evocative abstract and representational sculptures.
