Sara M. & Michelle Vance Waddell Gallery for Feminist Art

The Dayton Art Institute has received a major gift of close to 500 works of feminist art from Sara and Michelle Vance Waddell. The collection includes paintings, sculptures, photography, textiles and mixed media, most created in the late 20th and 21st centuries. A dedicated gallery has been established to showcase these works and the voices and visions of women artists.
