2025 ART OLYMPICS Louvre Illustration Masters

The 2025 ART OLYMPICS Louvre Illustration Masters Exhibition was a prestigious international contemporary art event held at the Carrousel du Louvre from October 17-19, 2025. This three-day celebration attracted over 10,000 visitors and set a new attendance record, establishing itself as one of Europe's most influential contemporary illustration events.

The exhibition showcased selected works from 221 artists representing 37 countries, including France, the United States, China, Japan, Russia, Canada, and Singapore. The event received 3,679 submissions during its six-month call for entries, with an exceptionally competitive 6% acceptance rate, reflecting rigorous academic standards.

The Masters Exhibition was jointly organized by twelve internationally recognized art institutions: New York Contemporary Art Center (NYMA), Saint Petersburg Art Center (SPAC), Tokyo Contemporary Art Committee (TCAC), Italian Contemporary Art Association (ICAA), French New Wave Artists Association (FNWA), London New Youth Art Alliance (LNYAA), and New York Contemporary Art Foundation (NYCAF), among others.

Participating artists received official certificates from the Academic Committee of the Louvre Contemporary Art Exhibition and joint certification from five major art institutions in Paris, New York, London, Berlin, and Tokyo. All exhibited works were included in the globally distributed 2025 Louvre International Contemporary Art Yearbook, securing their place in important art literature.

The opening ceremony featured distinguished international guests including UNESCO Cultural Heritage Division Special Representative Bernards A. Zako and Jacques Daloze, President of the Salon des Artistes Indépendants. The exhibition demonstrated the Louvre's commitment to supporting emerging art forms and advancing global artistic exchange.
