2025 Nevada Day Show: Call for Artists
Nevada Artists Association invites artists to showcase the spirit, history and beauty of Nevada in this juried exhibition with cash awards.
The Nevada Artists Association in Carson City invites artists to submit work showcasing Nevada's spirit, history, and beauty for their 2025 Nevada Day Show. This juried exhibition runs from October 25, 2025 through January 9, 2026, with a reception on October 26. Artists 13 and older may submit up to three entries, with size limits of 3 feet maximum width and 16 square feet total (including frame). Entry fees are $10/$5 for members and $20/$10 for non-members. All artwork must be wired for hanging with proper hardware and clearly labeled with artist name, title, and price. Works must be for sale, with NAA collecting 25% commission on sales. The show features multiple categories judged by three professionals, with cash awards and ribbons for Best of Show, 1st-3rd place in each category, Honorable Mentions, and a Spirit of Nevada Award. There's also a People's Choice Award voted on by the public throughout the exhibition. Winners are announced at the reception and promoted through social media and local press. Artists must submit photos of their work for marketing purposes and can join NAA on entry day to receive member pricing.
