The Putnam Arts Council (PAC) is issuing a call to member artists for its 2026 Annual Membership Exhibition, providing an excellent opportunity for artists to showcase and sell their work. The exhibition will be held March 14–29, 2026, at the A. Eric Arctander Gallery located at the Belle Levine Art Center, 521 Kennicut Hill Road, Mahopac, New York.
This exhibition is open to all Putnam Arts Council member artists age 18 and older. Artists are invited to submit one original work of fine art that has not previously been exhibited at PAC. There is no submission fee, and artists may join or renew their PAC membership at any time prior to submission, including at the artwork drop-off.
Accepted works will be exhibited for sale, with the Putnam Arts Council retaining a 35% commission on all sales. Two-dimensional works may not exceed 36 inches in any direction including frame, while three-dimensional works must be manageable by one person. All work must be ready to hang, with screw eyes and wire preferred for hanging.
Artwork must be hand-delivered to the Belle Levine Art Center on Saturday, March 7, or Sunday, March 8, 2026, between 2:00–5:00 PM. A submission form will be provided at drop-off or may be downloaded in advance from the PAC website.
The exhibition opens with a reception and meet-the-artists event on Saturday, March 14, from 2:00–5:00 PM (snow date: Sunday, March 22). Gallery hours are Tuesday through Friday, 1:00–5:00 PM, and Sundays March 15 and 22, 2:00–5:00 PM, or by appointment.
