22nd Annual Juried Art Exhibition
Adams County Arts Council invites artists 18+ to submit work for juried exhibition with awards up to $1,000. Deadline March 20, 2026.
The Adams County Arts Council (ACAC) is pleased to announce its 22nd Annual Juried Art Exhibition, a premier showcase of artistic talent from Adams County, South-central Pennsylvania, and across the United States. This prestigious exhibition will be held June 5-29, 2026, at the Arts Education Center located at 125 S. Washington Street in Gettysburg, PA.
Any person over the age of 18 is eligible to submit work for consideration. This year's juror is Philip Lindsey, an accomplished fine artist specializing in painting and drawing and a professor of fine arts at Wilson College. Lindsey has extensive experience with juried exhibitions and curates Wilson's Bogigian Gallery.
The exhibition features awards ranging from $200 to $1,000, making it an attractive opportunity for artists seeking recognition and financial rewards. The event will open to the public on June 5 with a First Friday Toast the Artists Celebration and Awards Ceremony, featuring live music, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and signature cocktails.
This marks the first time the exhibition will be held at ACAC's Arts Education Center in downtown Gettysburg, representing a significant milestone for the organization. Managing Director Lori McCullough expressed enthusiasm about elevating the organization's dedicated space for this month-long event.
Submission details are straightforward: members pay a $30 entry fee for up to three pieces, while non-members pay $45 for the same submission allowance. The submission deadline is Friday, March 20, 2026.
