30 Days of Inspiration: Poetry & Art Exhibition
Share original poems and artwork for April's National Poetry Month celebration. Daily social media features of paired poetry and visual art.
The Arts & Cultural Council of Bucks County is calling for poets and artists to participate in "April: 30 Days of Inspiration," a community celebration of National Poetry Month. This unique opportunity invites artists and writers to share original work that will be featured throughout April 2026, with a different poem matched with a different artwork displayed on ACCBC social media each day of the month.
The initiative seeks submissions exploring themes of "what strengthens, connects, revives or calms — from small, seeming ordinary moments to dramatic occasions, broad landscapes, and abstractions." This open call welcomes diverse artistic perspectives and styles.
Participants do not need to be Bucks County residents or members of the Arts & Cultural Council of Bucks County to submit work. The opportunity is open to new, emerging, and established artists alike, encouraging a broad range of voices and experiences.
Selected works will be curated by the Arts & Cultural Council of Bucks County into a social media exhibition, providing artists with community exposure and engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for artists to reach a wider audience and celebrate their creative practice during National Poetry Month.
The submission period runs from January 15-31, 2026, giving artists and poets a two-week window to prepare and submit their original work. Complete guidelines and detailed submission information are available on the ACCBC website.
