Art in the Gardens - 33rd Annual Juried Art Show

Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens invites artists to submit applications to exhibit their original work at the 33rd annual Art in the Gardens, a prestigious juried art show and summer festival. This two-day event takes place on Saturday, August 1 and Sunday, August 2, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the scenic Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens.
The Art in the Gardens festival is a major fundraiser for the non-profit botanical garden and attracts approximately 2,500 visitors annually. The event celebrates creative expression with more than 50 selected artists, dramatic summertime garden blooms, live entertainment, and musical performances. Artist booths are conveniently located on the Event Lawn with views of the Ocean Bluffs.
Application Requirements:
- Non-refundable application fee: $30 (no booth fee)
- Submit application by Sunday, March 15, 2026
- Original work only
- Selected artists will be notified in April
- Artists must commit to both days of the event
- 25% commission required on all sales (due at 5:00 PM on August 2)
