Artists & Makers Night at The Church
Join creatives for an evening of artmaking in community with artists-in-residence. Bring supplies, create, and connect.
Artists & Makers Night at The Church is a casual, no-pressure evening of artmaking designed for all creative professionals and hobbyists. This reimagined version of the Late Night Open Studio invites makers, creatives, artists, and writers to gather and create alongside current artists-in-residence Hollis Chitto and Daniel T. Gaitor-Lomack.
The event takes place on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Church, located at 48 Madison Street in Sag Harbor, New York. Attendees are encouraged to visit the artists' studios, view their work, and engage in conversations about artistic process.
The Church provides studio space, tables, and chairs in a welcoming atmosphere designed to foster creativity and connection. This event offers artists the opportunity to step out of their solitary studios and make art in community with like-minded creatives.
Attendees must bring their own supplies, including easels. The Church will not provide individual art supplies. Artists are responsible for their own cleanup, which begins 30 minutes before the event concludes at 9 p.m. Please note that the use of the monotype press will not be permitted during this event.
Space is limited, and the program operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserving a ticket through the website guarantees a spot. General admission tickets are $10, and membership is free for Church members. RSVP is required.
