Bourne-Wareham Art Association Winter Exhibition
View and purchase original artwork from 10 local artists at Wareham Free Library through mid-January.
The Bourne-Wareham Art Association is hosting its winter show at the Wareham Free Library, featuring a diverse collection of original artworks from 10 area artists. The exhibition showcases a wide variety of mediums including watercolor paintings and mixed media, with most pieces depicting scenes from Wareham and the surrounding areas, particularly Onset.
The association, celebrating its 61st year of operation, has approximately 50 total members dedicated to promoting local art and community engagement. This winter exhibition serves multiple purposes: it provides valuable exposure for local artists, supports the community, and helps raise scholarship funds for art education.
The association awards one scholarship annually to a Wareham High School student pursuing art studies. Members describe the organization as a true community where artists can share their work, support one another, and celebrate the creative process together.
All artwork displayed in the exhibit is available for purchase. Pricing information and artist contact details are provided with each piece. The exhibition creates an accessible opportunity for art enthusiasts to discover local talent and support the regional art community.
The Wareham Free Library is located at 59 Marion Road, providing a welcoming venue for the public to view and engage with the featured artworks.
