The City of Norfolk is inviting artists to submit proposals for original banner flag designs in recognition of Juneteenth and/or the country's semi-quincentennial. This call seeks creative work that honors the enduring pursuit of freedom, the contributions of Black Americans, and the evolving story of Norfolk and the nation.
