Fast and Fabulous Art Exhibition Call for Entry

Del Ray Artisans is calling for submissions to their "Fast and Fabulous" exhibition, celebrating the intersection of automotive culture and fine art. This exhibition explores how cars have inspired and embodied artistic expression, from the Model T's blueprints to works by Warhol and Dali, and even the legally recognized artistry of the Ferrari 250.

Artists are invited to submit car-inspired works, referred to as "car-twork," interpreting automobiles, motorcycles, trucks, and other fast or fabulous forms of surface transportation. Whether your inspiration comes from Ford, Ferrari, futuristic vehicles, or classic designs, all interpretations are welcome.

The exhibition runs from April 3-25, 2026, and is open to all area artists. Del Ray Artisans members receive discounted entry fees. The digital submission deadline is Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at midnight. Submissions will be made through an online entry form available from Del Ray Artisans.

This is an excellent opportunity for regional artists working across all mediums to showcase their work in a well-established community art space. The theme encourages creative interpretation and celebrates both the mechanical and artistic qualities of vehicles.
