Hannibal Arts Council Botanicals Exhibition

Submit artwork celebrating botanical themes for exhibition opening Feb. 27. Open to artists ages 13+ within 50 miles of Hannibal, Missouri.

The Hannibal Arts Council invites artists of all skill levels to participate in a special exhibition celebrating the natural beauty of botanicals. This is an excellent opportunity for emerging and seasoned artists to showcase their work in a curated gallery setting.

Theme: The exhibition focuses on the striking beauty of nature, specifically the lush greens and vibrant colors of botanicals. Artists are encouraged to explore this theme through any form of artistic expression.

Medium and Format: Artists may submit work in any medium, including paintings, graphite drawings, photographs, sculptures, mixed media, and beyond. Both 2-D and 3-D works are accepted. Up to two pieces per artist are allowed. Work must be properly framed (if applicable) with wire for hanging.

Eligibility: Open to both emerging and seasoned artists, ages 13 and up, residing within a 50-mile radius of Hannibal, Missouri.

Fees and Costs: There are no entry fees or size restrictions. Artwork may be offered for sale.

Exhibition Dates: The exhibition will run from February 27 through March 21, transforming the gallery into a garden space.

Submission Details: Artwork must be dropped off at the Hannibal Arts Council on Monday, February 23, or Tuesday, February 24, between noon and 5 p.m.
