Journey Theater Auditions: Into the Woods Musical

Journey Community Theater is hosting auditions for the musical 'Into the Woods' by appointment on March 14 and 17, 2026. The auditions will take place at Manor Evangelical Church, 17913 N.E. 72nd Ave., Battle Ground, Washington. Time slots available are 9 a.m. to noon on March 14 and 5 to 9 p.m. on March 17.

This is an opportunity for actors, singers, and dancers ages 8 and older to participate in a professional community theater production. The musical will be performed July 31-August 8 at Heritage High School. The cost per cast member to participate is $100.

Auditioners must prepare 16 bars of a musical theater song that demonstrates vocal range and technical ability. An instrumental backing track should be provided in a downloaded audio file format, and auditioners should be familiar with songs from the show. All auditioners are required to bring headshots, resumes, and completed forms to their audition appointment.

Each cast member must be accompanied by a volunteer production committee member throughout the production process. Beyond performing roles, volunteer crew and committee opportunities are also available for those interested in supporting the production behind the scenes.
