Mini Masterpieces Exhibition at Bank of the Arts
Open call for small artworks under 5"x7"x5" for holiday exhibition. All styles welcome, no entry fee, up to 25 pieces per artist.
The Craven Arts Council & Gallery is seeking entries for their Mini Masterpieces exhibition, running from mid-November through December at the Main Gallery in Bank of the Arts. This unique exhibition welcomes all artistic styles and mediums with one key requirement: all works must be smaller than 5"x7"x5". Artists can submit up to 25 pieces, whether unique works or identical reproductions, or a combination of both. The exhibition operates on an accessible pricing structure with all artworks priced at $15, $30, or $60, allowing collectors to find affordable art pieces perfect for gift-giving during the holiday season. Artists benefit from a generous 60/40 commission split in their favor. There is no entry fee to participate, making this an accessible opportunity for emerging and established artists alike. The exhibition runs through the holiday season, providing excellent exposure during a time when art sales typically increase. Important dates include drop-off on November 15 and 18 from 10am-5pm, an ArtWalk Reception on December 12 from 5pm-8pm, and artwork pickup on January 2-3 from 10am-5pm. This opportunity is particularly appealing for artists looking to move inventory, test new price points, or reach new collectors without the barrier of entry fees.
