Nordic Culture Point Culture and Art Programme

Funding for collaborative Nordic arts and culture projects. Grants up to EUR 100,000 for cross-border initiatives involving at least 3 countries.

The Nordic Culture Point Culture and Art Programme funds collaborative Nordic arts and culture projects that promote creative production, skill development, knowledge exchange, and public engagement. This programme supports Nordic cooperation in the field of arts and culture by funding collaborative, cross-border projects that strengthen artistic creation, cultural exchange, and professional development.

Funding amounts vary based on co-financing: up to EUR 7,000 without co-financing, up to EUR 40,000 with at least 30% co-financing, or up to EUR 100,000 with at least 50% co-financing. The programme's contribution can cover between 50-100% of total project costs.

Eligible activities include cultural and artistic production, creative processes, new work development, skill-building initiatives, workshops, seminars, and public engagement formats. Funding covers artistic fees, production expenses, travel, accommodation, and dissemination costs across all project phases from concept development to presentation and dissemination.

Projects must involve cooperation between partners from at least three countries, with at least two being Nordic countries (Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Finland, Åland, Faroe Islands, or Greenland). Applicants need not be based in the Nordic region if Nordic relevance is clearly demonstrated. Assessment criteria include collaborative dimension, Nordic relevance, artistic quality, feasibility, and sustainability across social, economic, and ecological dimensions.

Ineligible activities include tours of existing works, institutional operational costs, solo productions, film/television/games/publishing projects, formal education programmes, and projects already started or completed.
