Ohio at the Crossroads Art Exhibition
Centerville seeks original artwork celebrating Ohio's contributions to American history for curated 250th Anniversary exhibition.
The City of Centerville and the Centerville Arts Commission are inviting artists to submit original works for the 'Ohio at the Crossroads' exhibition. This curated art exhibition celebrates the 250th Anniversary of the United States as part of Centerville's America 250 initiative. The exhibition aims to showcase artwork that reflects Ohio's significant contributions to American history, culture, and innovation. Artists are encouraged to submit original works that interpret Ohio's history and explore how the Centerville-Washington Township community connects to this broader narrative. The opportunity is open to individuals of all backgrounds and experience levels, and artists do not need to be residents of Centerville or Washington Township to participate. Up to three works can be submitted per artist for consideration. The exhibition will be displayed throughout July 2026 and will be accessible to the public 24 hours a day. Selected artists will be notified in early June 2026, allowing time for final preparations before the July exhibition opening. Participation is inclusive and welcoming to all creative perspectives on Ohio's historical significance and contemporary relevance.
