City of SeaTac invites artists to submit work for annual Local Art Showcase displayed in city lobby. All mediums welcome.

The City of SeaTac is hosting its annual Local Art Showcase in January 2026, providing a unique opportunity for artists of all ages and skill levels to display their creative work in the city lobby. This community-focused exhibition aims to highlight artistic talent from across the region and offer a public venue for artists to share their creations with residents and visitors.

The showcase welcomes a diverse range of artistic mediums, including:
- Two-dimensional works (paintings, drawings, prints, etc.)
- Three-dimensional sculptures and installations
- Photography
- Fine art pieces

Submitted artwork must not exceed 4 feet in any direction. Artists should note that any pieces requiring wall mounting must include appropriate hanging materials, such as wire or other secure fastening methods.

This is an excellent opportunity for emerging and established artists to gain visibility within the SeaTac community. The showcase serves as a platform to connect with community members and visitors while contributing to the cultural enrichment of the city.

The Local Art Showcase represents SeaTac's commitment to supporting local creative expression and fostering community engagement through the arts. Artists interested in participating should act promptly to meet the submission deadline.
