Shawbrook is offering 2026 Spring Creative Space Residencies specifically designed for dance artists and companies. These two-week, self-funded residencies provide participants with 24-hour access to studio facilities and self-catering accommodation that can house up to four artists. The residency period runs between March 15 and June 5, 2026, located in Legan, Co. Longford. Artists can utilize this time for research, development, or refinement of their work in a dedicated creative environment. On the final Thursday of their residency, participants have the optional opportunity to present an informal sharing session to a small local audience, providing valuable feedback and community engagement. As part of the residency commitment, artists are required to create and submit a short piece of digital content following their stay, which Shawbrook will use for their website and social media platforms to document and promote the program. It's important to note that these are self-funded residencies, meaning Shawbrook does not provide financial support for travel expenses, food, or artist fees.
