Spectrum 2026 - Call for Entries at Carriage Barn Arts

Spectrum is a juried exhibition of original, contemporary artwork open to both member and non-member artists. The exhibition invites submissions in all media and all sizes, providing an inclusive platform for diverse artistic expressions.
Theme: The 2026 exhibition theme is WONDERLAND. This theme invites artists to explore imaginative and fantastical places that evoke a sense of magic, beauty, and adventure. A wonderland can transport viewers to a realm of dreams and creativity that contrasts with everyday reality.
Juror: Katharine Earnhardt, Founder of Mason Lane Art Advisory, will jury the show and review original works across all media.
Submission Requirements:
- Artwork must be original and contemporary
- All media and all sizes are welcome
- Entries must have been created within the past two years
- Artwork must not have been previously exhibited at the Carriage Barn
Theme Interpretation: Artists are encouraged to reflect their unique interpretation of wonderland. Submissions may explore sensory excess including texture, color, light, and sound. Themes of scale, transformation, and unique perspectives are welcome. Selected artwork will collectively spark imagination, draw viewers into new worlds, and play with reality.
