Women in the Arts Awards Nominations

Artists in Partnership Inc., a Long Beach-based organization, is currently accepting nominations for their ninth annual Women in the Arts Awards Party and Fundraiser. This is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate women who make meaningful contributions to the community through their involvement in or support of the arts.

Nominees can include visual artists, photographers, musicians, dancers, healing artists, business owners, politicians, teachers, community activists, rising stars, and others whose work in the arts touches, inspires, or positively influences the community. The organization welcomes nominations for any woman whose artistic contributions have had a positive impact on where you live or work—self-nominations are also encouraged.

All finalists will be honored at a Recognition Gala held at the Allegria Hotel on Thursday, March 26, celebrating Women's History Month. This is a prestigious event that recognizes the achievements and contributions of women artists and arts supporters in the Long Beach community.

The nomination process is simple and accessible through multiple submission methods. Interested nominators can access the nomination form on the organization's website, print it out, and submit it either digitally via email or through traditional mail. Winners will be notified shortly after the nomination period closes.
