Woodland Wonders Exhibition at Green Bay Botanical Garden

Green Bay Botanical Garden seeks local artists to submit outdoor art, sculptures, and live demonstrations celebrating trees and nature for summer exhibition.

Green Bay Botanical Garden is inviting local artists to submit creative work for Woodland Wonders, an exciting outdoor exhibition celebrating the beauty, wonder, and significance of trees and the natural world. This opportunity welcomes artists to explore themes of forest life, imagination, and discovery through original outdoor art pieces that reflect the magic and importance of trees.

The exhibition aims to bring together artistic voices that celebrate nature and encourage community engagement at the Garden. Artists are encouraged to submit pieces that capture creative interpretations of woodlands, from their physical forms to the stories they tell and the inspiration they evoke.

According to Laura Nelson, M.D., president and CEO of Green Bay Botanical Garden, "As we look ahead to another exciting season at the Garden, Woodland Wonders reflects who we are: a place where plants, people, and possibility come together. We're proud to open our landscape as a canvas for artists who share that vision."

Linda Gustke, Director of Education, adds: "This is a wonderful opportunity for local artists to share their work in a setting that's both inspiring and enlightening. We're excited to create an exhibition that invites guests of all ages to slow down, explore, and discover something unexpected."

The exhibition runs from May 1 through October 4, providing an extended platform for artistic expression. Up to 10 pieces will be accepted for the show. Solo artists, collaborations, and groups are all welcome to apply. Whether you're an established artist or emerging talent, this is a unique opportunity to connect your creativity with the natural world and share your vision with the wider community.
