Artist Reception: Inspirations Coming to Life

Artist Kathy Eisler presents 'Inspirations Coming to Life,' a collection of original paintings and sculpture, at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades. An artist reception is held Wednesday, June 10 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Eisler departs from realism to create pieces driven by emotion and expressive color. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and studied at the School of Visual Arts and The Art School at Old Church, where she teaches figurative sculpture, ceramics, painting and drawing. Her work has been exhibited at venues including the Belskie Museum of Art and Science, the County College of Morris Art Gallery and the Mikhail Zakin Gallery. The show is on view through June 30.
