Artist Reception: Leatha Frost

Dyersburg State Community College's Jimmy Naifeh Center hosts an artist's reception for nationally recognized painter Leatha Frost. Frost, who works from her studio in Jackson, Tennessee, paints colorful abstracts she describes as exhilarating journeys led by tranquility and color harmony. She rarely has the finished painting in mind before she starts. Her work has been shown at the Brentwood Academy Fine Art Show in Nashville and the David Lipscomb Fine Art Show in Memphis, and appears in private and corporate collections across the United States and abroad. The exhibit is sponsored by Dyersburg State Community College, the Jimmy Naifeh Center, the Tipton Art League, and Liberty Vintage Marketplace and Studio. Refreshments will be served in the Ripley Power & Light lobby of the Learning Resource Center. The exhibit runs through June 30, 2026.
