Nick Earl: June Gallery Artist Reception

Pine Center for the Arts presents the work of potter Nick Earl for its June gallery, primarily earthenware pottery. The gallery opens Friday, June 5, with a free artist reception from 4 to 7 pm and light appetizers. Earl, who lives in Scandia, Minnesota, received his BA in Art from the University of Vermont in 2011 and apprenticed with potter Dick Cooter in Two Harbors. His wheel-thrown pots are influenced by historical pottery from around the world, as well as by nature, food, and healthy imperfections. The show continues through the month of June, with regular gallery hours 10 am to 5 pm, Thursday through Sunday.
