Art Worth Festival 2026 - Call for Artists
Fort Worth's fifth annual Art Worth Festival seeks up to 100 artists for October 23-25, 2026. Apply by June 14, 2026.
The Art Worth Festival is a celebration of visual arts and classical music held at The Shops at Clearfork in Fort Worth, Texas. The festival is now accepting applications for its fifth annual edition, taking place October 23, 24, and 25, 2026. Up to one hundred artists will be selected to exhibit their work at this prestigious event, which aims to present work of a caliber equal to the nation's top art fairs such as Denver's Cherry Creek, St. Louis Art Fair, and Miami's Coconut Grove Arts Festival.
The festival seeks artists working in diverse mediums including glass, metal, wood, clay, fiber, painting, drawing, printmaking, and photography. Applicants will be evaluated by a panel of five arts professionals, including directors from shows of similar stature, artists, and gallery or museum directors. Entrants should exemplify superlative levels of talent and skill.
In addition to artist exhibitions, the Art Worth Festival features continuous demonstrations of art disciplines such as glassblowing, metalsmithing, and woodturning to increase public understanding of artistic skills. The event also showcases classical music performances by area ensembles, schools, community orchestras, and professional companies like The Fort Worth Opera.
The three-day event is free and open to the public, with free parking in The Shops at Clearfork garages. Food and beverage options are available on the lawn. The festival is produced by ArtWorks Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping artists grow through exhibition and education initiatives.
Event hours: Friday October 23 (10am-6pm), Saturday October 24 (10am-5pm), Sunday October 25 (11am-4pm).
