Nelle Tue Mani 2026: Grant for Artists Over 50
Italy's NUOVO IMAIE has set aside 1 million euros to support audiovisual performers over 50 who need income assistance, with grants up to 5,000 euros.
NUOVO IMAIE, the Italian collecting society for performers' rights, has launched the Nelle Tue Mani 2026 Tonino Pavan grant in its audiovisual sector, allocating a fund of 1 million euros to provide concrete income support to members and mandate-holders over the age of 50 who need it.
The grant takes the form of a one-time contribution, calculated according to the number of applications received and capped at 5,000 euros per request. It is aimed at audiovisual performers, such as actors and other on-screen artists, who are registered with NUOVO IMAIE and need support for their income. The first requirement is that applicants must have turned 50 by January 1, 2026.
Eligible artists may submit their application exclusively through the NUOVO IMAIE Portale Bandi (the Article 7 grants portal), from 10:00 am on June 22, 2026 until 2:00 pm on July 22, 2026. The organization stresses that any information, correspondence, and documentation that follows the submission, including documents for receiving the contribution, must reference the code A-NT26 and the protocol number assigned automatically by the portal; communications without the code and protocol number cannot be considered.
The initiative continues NUOVO IMAIE's broader programme of grants and contributions supporting performing artists in both music and audiovisual fields. Full requirements, terms, and conditions for participating in the Nelle Tue Mani 2026 Tonino Pavan audiovisual grant are published on the NUOVO IMAIE website. Performers who meet the age and membership criteria and need income support are encouraged to review the regulations and apply within the application window.
