Andrea Karnes

Andrea Karnes is the Chief Curator at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth in Texas, where she has worked since the early 1990s. She directs the museum's exhibition program and acquisitions, and has organized major surveys including a record-breaking KAWS exhibition and shows of Laurie Simmons and Women Painting Women. She also oversees the Modern's Focus series of solo exhibitions by new and emerging artists.
