Naomi Beckwith

Naomi Beckwith is an art historian who served as deputy director and chief curator of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, a role she assumed in 2021. She was previously senior curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago, and associate curator at the Studio Museum in Harlem. She organized the first survey of artist Howardena Pindell, and was named artistic director of Documenta 16.
