AI Horizons: Art Beyond Algorithms, Call for Artists Under 35

AI Horizons: Art Beyond Algorithms is a new international call for artists dedicated to the languages of artificial intelligence and contemporary art. Promoted by the cultural association 360 Creativity Events APS as part of PARMA 360 Festival of Contemporary Creativity and produced in collaboration with Parma European Youth Capital 2027, the call explores the relationship between human creativity, artificial intelligence and contemporary cultural transformation.

The initiative invites young artists to critically examine new forms of imagination in the age of generative algorithms. It is the evolution of the pilot project 'Synthetic Horizons: New Geographies of Artificial Intelligence,' an exhibition curated by Chiara Canali within the tenth edition of Parma 360 Festival.

The call is open to students of fine arts academies and young artists under 35 from Italy and abroad who use artificial intelligence, digital languages and emerging technologies as poetic, critical and design tools. Particular attention will be given to proposals that engage the project's central thematic threads around imagination, intelligence and cultural change. Selected work will be presented within the festival's program in Parma.
