Mundial Montréal, a premier world music festival, is now accepting artist submissions for its 16th edition taking place November 17-21, 2026, in Montréal, Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for world music and global music artists to showcase their talent on an international platform. The call welcomes both individual artists and groups who align with the world music/global music scene and are seeking consideration for the 2026 program. The festival celebrates traditional and contemporary world music, including folk, roots, global music, ethno and crosscultural fusions. Artists from all musical backgrounds within the world music spectrum are encouraged to apply. The submission deadline is March 4, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. There is a non-refundable application fee of $45 (tax included) per submission. Artists planning to submit more than one entry must file each application separately and pay the fee for each submission.
