Open Call: Sucursal Fest 2026 Program, Cali

The Secretariat of Culture of Cali, Colombia has opened a public call to select the artists, groups, collectives, and creative ventures that will be part of the official program of Sucursal Fest 2026. Now in its sixth edition, the festival is one of the city's most important platforms for alternative and emerging culture, and it takes place on October 10 and 11.

The call seeks proposals in music, dance, freestyle, live arts, graffiti, audiovisuals, visual arts, and creative ventures that represent the cultural diversity of Cali. This year the festival runs under the concept Universx Diversx, an approach that frames art as a meeting point among different identities, languages, territories, and forms of contemporary creation, and that promotes the circulation, visibility, and strengthening of the local creative ecosystem.

The call includes twelve stimulus lines aimed at soloists and groups in alternative music, showcases, DJs, freestyle rap, urban dance, experimental dance, live and performance arts, graffiti, visual and graphic arts collectives, audiovisual arts, and VJs, among others. Selected projects join the official Sucursal Fest 2026 program, gaining the chance to circulate their work, connect with new audiences, and strengthen their practices.

Applications are submitted through the platform at the Cali district cultural portal and remain open until July 16, 2026. The festival continues to consolidate itself as a space for youth, cultural innovation, and the new forms of artistic creation transforming the city.
