The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has opened applications for a nine-month support program for animators and manga artists at the Tokyo Contents Incubation Center (TCIC) in Nakano-Sakaue, Tokyo. The program is designed to help next-generation creators develop original IP, build a digitally informed practice and explore paths into business and global distribution.

Programming includes hands-on access to digital tools such as AI, motion capture and 3DCG, plus networking sessions with content companies, investors and financial institutions for collaboration and funding discussions. The program also covers entrepreneurship and commercialization with expert mentors.
The activity site is the TCIC, located on the 14th floor of Nakano Sakaue Sunbright Twin at 2-46-1 Honcho, Nakano-ku, Tokyo. Participation is free, with food, drink and transport at the participant's own cost. Up to ten teams or individuals will be selected.
