CREARTE 2026 Young Artists Competition, Molina de Segura

CREARTE 2026, now in its tenth edition, is open for entries from young artists across the Region of Murcia in Spain. Organized by the Molina de Segura town council, the competition accepts work in five categories: photography, short films and documentaries, visual arts, music and literature, with literature split into separate short-story and poetry awards.

The competition is open to young creators born between January 1, 1991 and December 31, 2010 who are resident in the Region of Murcia. Artists may take part individually or as a group. The registration deadline is July 23, 2026 across all categories.

Prizes are substantial. Music offers a first prize of 1,600 euros and three runner-up awards of 600 euros each. Visual arts offers a first prize of 1,500 euros, two runner-up awards of 500 euros and a local prize of 500 euros. Photography, literature (short story and poetry) and short films each carry a first prize between 900 and 1,000 euros, plus second and local prizes of 500 euros.
